The direction to the check in and getting the key was very clear. Every question or problem which we have was very politely answered. We got every assistance which we need - we had to stay longer un expectedly so kindly we have being help finding another place. The apartment and every thing that has to do with it was perfect and clean.
The only thing which was a little challenge is the communication in English. We manage but it will be easer to get the written massages in English. The translation is not always the best.
