    YOU have a contact,
    WE praise and welcome.

     

    YOU just give us the contact details in your Foncia owner space and block the dates on the shared schedule.

     

    WE turn your contact into a tenant : we ensure your comfort (offer of bed linen, towels, wifi, etc.) and manage all the administration for you (contract, receipts, including tourist tax, reminders, management and financial responsibility in the event of cancellation, etc.).

     

    WE manage the tenant’s accommodation and stay on site : preparation of accommodation, handover of keys, security deposit, cleaning.

  • TOTAL MANAGEMENT

     

    YOU take care of nothing,
    WE do everything.

     

    YOU just let us know the periods available for rental on the shared schedule in your owner’s area.

     

    WE looking for your tenant : marketing of your property via our teams and professional tourism partners*, high-quality photos and 360° virtual tour, management of all administrative tasks (proposals, contracts, receipts, including tourist tax, reminders, management and financial responsibility in the event of cancellation, etc.).

2. Our insurance

With our insurance guarantees “homeowner’s liability’ and “home protection/property damage” : you can rent with peace of mind!

 

*Guarantees are optional with concierge service (€19 incl. VAT/rental) and offered with co-reservation and total management.

And in the event of cancellation: your rent can be guaranteed up to 100%!

À By the sea or in the mountains, if you take out the Cancellation insurance :

🌊 At the sea

 

😁 You will receive a minimum of 50%* of the rent if your tenant cancels without charge** up to 15 days before the start of the holiday.

 

🤩 You receive 100% of the rent for any cancellation by your tenant from D-14 of the start of the stay.

🏔️ In the mountains (from winter 2024/2025)

 

😁 You will receive a minimum of 50%* of the rent if your tenant cancels without charge** up to 30 days before the start of the holiday.

 

🤩 You receive 100% of the rent for any cancellation by your tenant from D-29 of the start of the stay.

 

* 50% guaranteed by our Marsh / Areas insurance and up to 100% if we re-let the entire stay under the original rental conditions.

** Free of charge, with the exception of the administration fee and the insurance premium retained by Foncia.
