No stress in case of pandemic, you are covered!
The 100% Zen insurance particularly covers the following situations linked to the COVID-19 pandemic:
- One of the occupants of the accommodation is sick with COVID-19
- Death of a tenant or a relative.
- Within 7 days before the trip, one of the tenants tests positive to COVID-19
- In case a transporter does not allow access on-board (plane or train).
The 100% Zen insurance also covers :
- Cancellations,
- A trip being cut-short,
- Late arrivals under certain circumstances,
- It covers personal belongings,
- Holiday personal liability,
- And even rescue and repatriation.
Without this insurance, in case of cancellation, the tenant who has made a down payment will be asked to pay the remaining balance due in full.
In case of cancellation or interruption of the trip, the tenant must immediately contact his Holiday Lettings Manager with a written request which must include all the necessary written receipts and supporting documents.
