« Accueil froid et très rapide »

Accueil très froid tant à l'arrivée que lors du départ. Depuis que nous réservons nos vacances c'est la 1er fois que nous passons par une agence foncia et bien se sera la dernière fois ....aucun professionnalisme pas d'état des lieux tout se fait par internet ce qui pose vraiment problème là ou le réseau est inexistant, surtout quand l'agence le sait et qu'il vous réponde que c'est comme ça. À fuir....

Nous avons eu les clés de l appartement rapidement à notre arrivée se qui est une très bonne chose quand le voyage a été long !
Tres bonne Réactivité quand nous avons remarqué que nous n avions pas le badge pour la piscine .
L accueil à l agence était très bien .
Je ne mets pas 4 étoiles juste pour la qualité de l appartement ( 2 ou 3 bricole qui n étaient pas top )
Donc pour résumer : agence top mais appartement moyen .« Not good enough »

When we arrived the accommodation was not in an acceptable state. There was an unacceptable smell, probably because the accommodation had not been opened for a while. All the garden furniture was stacked inside making it difficult to get into the property, and the general level of cleanliness was not good. It took two days for the smell to dissipate, and we left the property in a considerably cleaner state than we found it.
There was also a problem in that we had no hot water for a shower until I found a switch for the hot water. I am an electrical engineer, so I was able to find a switch by trial and error which heated the water. This was late on a Sat, and no one was available in the office until Monday morning to give me instruction as to how to get hot water had I not discovered the solution myself.
Altogether this was not acceptable.
