This year on holidays in our apartment, was almost everything OK, except one day we had a big problem with the lock on the door of our apartment. The door was blocked and we couldn't go out. Unfortunately we have been lucky that wasn't happened iwhen we were outside, because in aftetnoon no one wasn't answering on the phone and agency wasn't worked anymore on that time.
Finaly next day someone came to fix the lock of door of our apartment.
Stuff in agency was very nice and they helped us with everything.
Apartment is beautiful.
One thing we recomend to agency to have one urgent phone number for 24/7 that can be reached and someone could help you in that way of problems.
