Disappointing Experience – Not as Advertised
We only ended up staying one night out of our five-night booking due to the poor condition of the accommodation. Unfortunately, this property does not meet the standards of a 3-star rating.
The cleanliness and comfort of the beds were well below expectations—we even had to purchase two airbeds just to make it through one night. I couldn't allow my children to sleep on the provided beds, which were both dirty and uncomfortable.
The property had a very strong smell of stale smoke, and the walls were visibly yellowed, suggesting long-term exposure. This was not mentioned in the listing and was quite off-putting.
Additionally, the lack of air conditioning made the space uncomfortably hot, especially during summer.
The photos on the listing are bright and inviting, but sadly, they do not reflect the reality of the property. It was a major letdown.
We also found the agency unresponsive when we tried to raise our concerns, possibly because the booking was made through a third party (Booking.com), which added to our frustration.
I would recommend future guests clarify all amenities and conditions directly with the host or agency before booking. This was a disappointing experience overall, and we had to find alternative accommodation at extra cost.
