The apartment was filthy, clearly the unit had not been cleaned for a long time. The fridge was dirty (moldy parts), the balcony was full of pigeon droppings, the floor was very dirty, they didn't provide the mattress protection kit (which they said they would), and there was no toilet paper! There were spiders on the ceiling, disgusting!
I complained about the dirt on the first day and asked for a cleaner or new accommodation. Only two days later they told me that they would make a transfer of €65 for compensation, and to this day I have received nothing.
They even demanded a deposit to make the reservation, as if there was any point given the conditions in which they deliver the accommodation.
In addition, communication with instructions is precarious and messy (we received emails from Booking, the real estate agency and Poplidays and the main instructions were only in French).
I would never recommend Foncia and Poplidays to anyone.
