We arrived for our ski trip by train into Briancon and depended on buses, walking and skiing to get around. It was inconvenient having to visit the agency in La Salle Les Alpes to obtain keys, bed linen and to return the same for our apartment in Monetier les Bains. The Agency processes all seemed to be based on the assumption that the client would have a car.
As part of Foncia's climate change awareness policies you should be encouraging / incentivising visitors to protect the snow and travel by the lowest carbon generating route possible - the train.
Your processes should at least make it convenient to arrive by train, without a car.
