Cet appartement 3 pièces est situé au rez-de-chaussée. Il comprend une belle pièce à avec une salle à manger, un salon avec un canapé convertible pour 2 personnes (160 x 200), une cheminée, télévision et lecteur DVD. La cuisine est fermée mais elle dispose d'une ouverture avec passe-plat donnant sur la salle à manger. La terrasse est en rez-de-jardin Sud devant la piscine (ouverte l'été uniquement). En couchage, vous trouverez une chambre avec un lit double (150 x 190), une chambre avec deux lits simples (90) et un lit abattant bas (90). Vous disposerez aussi d'une salle de bain avec WC et d'un coin douch...

– French ANCV (National Holiday Vouchers Agency) holiday voucher cheques
– Bank transfer
– Bank cheque
For bank cheques, holiday voucher cheques and transfers, the property benefits of a 5-day pre-booking period, to give the agency time to receive your payment. Please be warned that beyond the 5 days, the pre-booking period will end and the property will be available once again to the wider public.
Having selected your payment method, you will be asked to accept all sales terms and conditions.
Once the booking (or pre-booking) is made, you will receive a recap email at the email address you have provided in your client account.
At what point does one purchase a cancellation insurance?

The cancellation insurance must be purchased at the same time as the accommodation is booked. It cannot be added after payment is made (whether in part or in full for the accommodation).

How to access the details of your booking?

To find the details of your booking, visit your tenant space which can be accessed from our website homepage.
You will have access to the details of your booking (amounts already paid, remaining balance due and services booked). You will be able to look at your accommodation.
You will also receive the rental agreement via email.
