La location est située dans un cadre tranquille,ce qui est son point positif. Le reste est assez déprimant,pas d' endroit pour se poser en dehors de la cuisine,ni à l' extérieur lorsqu'il pleut,ce qui fût le cas. J' avais regardé les avis avant de réserver, ceux ci ne reflètent pas la réalité.

Nous avons rencontré un problème d'eau chaude et l'agence a bien réagi qd elle a été informée et nous a notamment proposé un dédommagement.

How to pay for your holiday?

The payment space is totally secure with the Paybox / 3DsecureV2 system. It helps you make the necessary payment via:
– Bank card (recommended) – the property is then immediately booked in your name.
– ANCV (National Holiday Vouchers Agency) Connect – the property is then immediately booked in your name.
– French ANCV (National Holiday Vouchers Agency) holiday voucher cheques
– Bank transfer
– Bank cheque
For bank cheques, holiday voucher cheques and transfers, the property benefits of a 5-day pre-booking period, to give the agency time to receive your payment. Please be warned that beyond the 5 days, the pre-booking period will end and the property will be available once again to the wider public.
Having selected your payment method, you will be asked to accept all sales terms and conditions.
Once the booking (or pre-booking) is made, you will receive a recap email at the email address you have provided in your client account.
At what point does one purchase a cancellation insurance?

The cancellation insurance must be purchased at the same time as the accommodation is booked. It cannot be added after payment is made (whether in part or in full for the accommodation).

How to access the details of your booking?

To find the details of your booking, visit your tenant space which can be accessed from our website homepage.
You will have access to the details of your booking (amounts already paid, remaining balance due and services booked). You will be able to look at your accommodation.
You will also receive the rental agreement via email.
